Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC a full-service, super-regional law firm serving local, regional, national and international businesses has immediate openings for experienced attorneys.  

 TRADITIONAL LABOR ATTORNEY 

Seeking experienced attorney who is interested in nationwide labor work and who will work at least part-time (hybrid) in person in our Winston-Salem NC or Charleston WV office.  Attorney will have opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.

 Qualified candidate should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and have significant experience (5 to 10 years) representing management in NLRB matters, union negotiations, arbitrations, union avoidance campaigns, advice and counseling on collective bargaining agreement administration and compliance, and labor components of M&A deals.  

Candidate must have active Bar license in one state, and be willing to become barred in North Carolina, West Virginia, or Florida.  

COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY 

Seeking experienced attorney to work in our Winston Salem, NC office.  Qualified candidate will have three (3) to six (6) years' experience in commercial litigation. Additional experience in labor and employment is preferred.  

Candidate must be licensed in North Carolina. South Carolina or Florida license is a plus.
