Grabowski Law Firm, PLLC is seeking a full time Associate Attorney who will be assisting with real estate closings/work, estate planning, and general corporate/transactional work.

Grabowski Law Firm, PLLC is a rapidly growing boutique law firm located in SouthPark Charlotte. We work in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Our focus is on real estate, mergers and acquisitions, general transactions, estate planning, and broad corporate work. 

 In addition, Grabowski Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a long term fit, which intends offer partnership and independence in the long term future.

Key Duties:

•       Title work and real estate closing duties;
•       Estate planning drafting, management, and engagement;
•       Transactional overflow assistance;
•       Associate will report to Senior Associate

Highlights:

Requirements

•       Must be active member in good standing of the North Carolina Bar (SC licensure or future licensure preferred);
•       Become a notary (if applicable)
•       Ability to work independently and remotely;
•       Strong written and verbal communication skills;
