Associate/Litigation Associate/Attorney
Smith Debnam (www.smithdebnamlaw.com) is seeking candidates for a full-time a litigation associate position to assist in the representation of Creditors' Rights in consumer matters.
The following are pre-requisites for this position:
- Minimum of one year’s experience in litigation in private practice
- Handle substantial case volume with minimal supervision
- Handle hearings, trials and other matters in various jurisdictions throughout NC (and SC as licensing allows)
- Manage staff effectively in support of practice with an understanding of the business aspects of managing an efficient law practice
- Negotiate effective settlements and case resolution on behalf of clients
- Live/work out of Raleigh-Durham-RTP area in NC
