Why Work at JusticeDirect
JusticeDirect is a fully remote tech-enabled law firm that provides flexible hours and malpractice insurance. We design advanced software that lowers the cost of legal services, making quality representation affordable for people usually priced out of traditional law firms. Your ideas will shape the systems, workflows, and tools that power our eviction solutions and expand clients' access to justice.

- Draft and review legal documents such as notices to vacate, complaints, stipulations, and writs of restitution.
- Conduct legal research to deepen your expertise in Arizona landlord-tenant law.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Arizona landlord-tenant laws and local court procedures.
- Collaborate with our Customer Experience and Product teams to identify legal requirements, user pain points, and opportunities to improve our eviction workflows.
- Help develop legal content such as FAQs, plain-English guides, and document templates for client and internal use.
- Ensure all client interactions and legal services comply with the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct.
- Provide supervision or support to non-attorney team members as needed.

- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail in preparing legal documents.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently.
- Interest in technology and innovation within the legal space.
- Comfort working in a startup or high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
