We are a growing California Workers’ Compensation defense firm seeking a fully remote attorney to handle all aspects of workers’ compensation cases from discovery through settlement or trial. Our firm emphasizes client satisfaction, open communication, early resolutions, and creative litigation strategies.

We maintain low caseloads and billing requirements to ensure high-quality representation and a healthy work-life balance.

We provide hands-on training and support to help new attorneys master the California Workers’ Compensation system. Ideal candidates should have strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:

-Handling all aspects of a Workers’ Compensation case from inception to resolution: focusing on early resolution and creative solutions.

-Review of new claim materials and provide claim handling recommendations, action plans, case exposure, and legal defenses.

-Ability to quickly analyze new information and reporting and apply to it a well-rounded knowledge of Workers’ Compensation law.

-Work closely and collaboratively with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure effective claim handling.

-Maintain prompt communication and professional relationships with external and internal contacts.

Requirements
