The law firm of Ross & Cristaldi, LLC is a dynamic, expanding law firm focused on construct defect, personal injury, and general liability insurance defense. We are seeking to hire an Attorney with 2+ years experience in general litigation. Prior experience in construction law or personal injury is preferred. Preferred candidates would be an attorney in good standing in the state of North Carolina and South Carolina. Candidates admitted in one state and able and willing to waive into the other will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will have experience including but not limited to construction defect, personal injury, and/or general liability defense, plus expert research, writing, and verbal communication skills. Experience taking and defending depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, preparing adjuster reports, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, reviewing complex discovery, and attendance at hearings is preferred.
