Job Description/About the Role:
Our expanding legal team is seeking a Paralegal with exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will support attorneys by performing legal research, drafting documents, and managing workflows. This role is essential in helping our team operate efficiently while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
Draft, redline, and analyze client documents.
Maintain client files.
Coordinate communication between attorneys.
Assist with deal preparation, including due diligence.
Track deadlines and manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
Execute administrative tasks within the legal department.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Paralegal Certificate/Associate’s Degree
1–2 years of Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience
Strong understanding of transactional law, including M&A work, and corporate structures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to take initiative and work within tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal billing systems, and document management software
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions, Financings, and International transactions
Familiarity with various corporate filing procedures
Proficiency in Clio and NetDocuments
