Pay range: $500 – $4,000 per case

About the Role

We are seeking a Washington-licensed Estate Planning Attorney to join us as a contractor. This role is ideal for an experienced EP attorney who values flexibility, autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and a highly supportive, remote-first team.

What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in estate planning and related legal matters
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
- Advise clients on their options, goals, and long-term plans with clarity and empathy
- Support IPP work for family law clients by reviewing and advising on incapacity documents (IPP)
- Handle Probate and other hourly fee-based matters as they arise
- Build strong client relationships grounded in dignity, strength, and clear communication

- Ability to connect with individuals from diverse cultural, educational, ethnic, generational, and socioeconomic backgrounds
Minimum Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in Washington State
- At least 3 years of experience in Washington estate planning law
- Preferably 2 years of experience in Washington probate law
- Exceptional legal writing skills (a writing sample will be required)
- Reliable internet and phone access
- Collaborative spirit, openness to feedback, and ability to thrive in a remote team environment
