Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Crush City Innovations’ brand, mission, and business goals.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to improve campaigns, content strategy, and audience engagement.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce visually appealing and shareable content, including graphics, photos, videos, captions, and promotional campaigns.
Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices to keep Crush City Innovations competitive and relevant.
Manage a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns to increase reach, generate leads, and drive conversions.
Support brand development initiatives through creative content ideas, campaign concepts, and audience research.
