You’ll play a key role in reviewing and processing payroll data, auditing timesheets, and reconciling discrepancies to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Compile and process payroll data from time sheets and employee records Verify accuracy of hours worked, pay rates, and deductions Perform payroll calculations, including taxes, insurance, and retirement deductions Enter and update payroll information in Oracle and/or Ceridian systems Reconcile payroll errors and maintain employee pay records Prepare and submit reports of earnings, deductions, and taxes Support payroll team with audits and reporting as needed
