Description

Duane Morris LLP seeks a Senior Associate or Counsel with at least 7+ years and commensurate experience to join its Austin office. The successful candidate must have experience in complex commercial litigation matters in the healthcare and/or energy sectors. Candidates should have familiarity in:

1. Advising clients with complex regulatory requirements/compliance on a broad range of matters including healthcare reimbursement disputes and/or energy-related disputes; and

2. Litigation under state and federal laws before various regulatory bodies

Candidates who possess strong analytical, writing and communication skills, a quick-study aptitude, ability to engender client confidence, and thrive in a creative, entrepreneurial and collegial environment are encouraged to apply. TX Bar admission required. Large law firm experience preferred.
