At Carolina Family Estate Planning, we primarily focus on three things:
1. We help people build better lives by planning for a more secure future via estate and asset protection planning.
2. We help people impacted by cognitive impairment plan for the best life possible.
3. We help families navigate life when a loved one has died or become disabled.
Company History
In 2009, Jackie Bedard founded Carolina Family Estate Planning to help people live better lives by planning secure futures. At Carolina Family Estate Planning, we’ve helped thousands of North Carolina families live better lives by helping them navigate the complexities of estate planning, long-term care planning, probate, and trust administration. Together, we have discovered that knowledge truly is power.
In 2022, we officially launched the Alzheimer's Planning Center, a special division of the firm focused on helping families directly impacted by dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. Having seen the first-hand impacts of Alzheimer's disease and dementia on her own family, Jackie's passion for helping families tackle the dementia care journey is one that is inspirational to each team member.
