Our law firm was founded in 1932 and is headquartered in the downtown business district of Norfolk, Virginia. Our practice presently covers all of Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina and the District of Columbia. We are “AV-rated,” which represents Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating and recommendation for attorneys, and we are designated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. Our clients primarily consist of banks, consumer finance lenders, credit unions, healthcare providers and governmental units.
