Description
Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child support, custody, contempt, and legitimation cases.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Requirements
Associate Attorney Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the North Carolina State Bar and in good standing
Prior experience in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury mandatory (both fields required).
Prior experience in family law preferred but not required.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Bilingual (English-Spanish) Required
