Legal Hire/Lateral

We are interested in hiring graduates with 0 to 5 years of experience who are licensed to practice in North Carolina.  Our firm serves all of Northeastern North Carolina.  Candidates could work out of our Elizabeth City and/or Nags Heads offices.  Our most immediate need is for someone who is interested in municipal law, education law, and employment law with some litigation involved.  The firm has a large base of local government and public education clients located throughout the region.  We also handle a broad range of employment matters for corporate, institutional, and individual clients.  This work will likely involve appearances and representation at meetings for municipalities and school boards, as well as some litigation in state and federal courts.  Salary commensurate with experience.
