Tide Law Firm is a growing law firm that focuses its practice primarily in real estate transactions and related legal services. Tide Law strives to break the mold of a stiff stereotypical law office by embracing key elements of its coastal roots. The firm aims to intentionally create elements of friendliness, comfort, and even fun while also providing top-notch legal services to its clients.

Responsibilities for this position include conducting real estate transactions and drafting documents such as business creation filings, powers of attorney, and simple wills. Compensation offers will depend on skill-sets, experience, and other factors.

The firm currently operates four offices in South Carolina and is licensed to conduct business in North Carolina and to practice law via licensed attorneys. The firm anticipates opening its first office in Brunswick County in the near future.

Requirements

Current North Carolina license to practice law (active status) is required for all applicants
