What You’ll Do:
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
- Provide legal guidance and support to business clients on corporate, transactional, and litigation matters.
- Conduct research and analyze legal issues to support client strategies.
- Collaborate with the lead attorney(s) on case preparation, client consultations, and court appearances.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Michigan (or ability to obtain admission).
- 3-10 years of experience in business law or a related field.
- Strong communication, technology and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), litigation, business formation, corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
