Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial preparation and resolution.
Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
Draft and review legal documents including motions, pleadings, depositions, and settlement agreements.
Prepare for court depositions and participate actively in trial proceedings to advocate for clients’ interests.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on case progress and legal options while managing client expectations.
Experience

Preferred at least 3+ years in Litigation experience.
