We are seeking an experienced partnership-track senior attorney who wants sophisticated legal work, meaningful client relationships, and a high-quality professional life in one of the most desirable regions.

Ideal Candidate:
- Preferred ten years of legal experience, with demonstrated judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage cases and people
- A balance of trial and transactional work
- Experience in construction law, business disputes, commercial transactions, corporate governance, contract drafting, or related matters
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, sound legal analysis, and strong client communication abilities
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; strong academic credentials and evidence of skills development such as law review, moot court, trial advocacy, clerkship, or comparable experience preferred
- Admission to practice in North Carolina and good standing with the North Carolina State Bar
