Put your technology transactions experience to work on your own schedule. This is paid, part-time contract work for in-house attorneys who negotiate and review technology agreements. You run negotiation exercises, redline commercial technology contracts and grade written contract analysis, and that work is used to train and test legal AI tools. Those tools are only as reliable as the contract judgment behind them, which is why the work needs experienced in-house attorneys. You work from home, around your current role, with no fixed shifts.
What the work is
• Run negotiation exercises and redline commercial technology contracts
• Review answers to contract scenarios for legal risk, accuracy and precision
• Set the scoring criteria that decide what a strong contract answer looks like
• Improve the review guides and best practices the work follows
Who qualifies
• At least three years in-house, working on technology transactions
• You have negotiated and reviewed MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs yourself
• Experience working with legal, product or research teams, with clear written and spoken communication, close attention to detail and sound legal analysis
• No technical or AI background needed
