Phelps Dunbar is seeking an attorney to join its Litigation Practice Group in the Raleigh, NC, office. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of litigation experience, with knowledge of medical negligence, premises and product liability, or comparable knowledge of complex torts practice.

Job Requirements:
- Must have strong writing and research skills with excellent academic credentials (top 25% required);
- Experience taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions;
- Significant experience arguing motions in court.
