Traditional Labor Attorney **Multi Locations
Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC is currently seeking an experienced traditional labor attorney. Qualified candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience. Qualified candidates will also have some familiarity with employment matters.
Attorney will have opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country. Attorney may work from our offices in Winston-Salem, NC, Charleston, WV, Morgantown, WV, or Pittsburgh, PA. Remote working may be considered with at least 3 days per week in the office.
Candidate must have active Bar license in one state, and be willing to become barred in North Carolina, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Florida.
